Please notification results from a retraction by the Electricity Commission of the notification sent 15 May 2008: the network code is reverting back to MRPL The other POC mentioned in the 15 May 2008 notice, MAT1101, remains as notified (Party=BOPD)

Existing POC: HWA0331 KUPE GD

This was previously advised on the 01/05/2008 as a new POC. The Grid Operator has advised that it wishes to model the new POC separately to the existing 33kV bus (POCO) hence the change of the KUPE bus from 0331 to 0332.

The effective date is considered a more convenient date to end the POC than one calendar month form the date of notification

The decommissioning of this POC is coincident with the decommissioning of MDN T2 in the system model. The physical supply point has been inactive for some time

The reconciliation manager has been advised that the start date of the new embedded network EDA0011, Crombie Lockwood House, has been delayed indefinately.

The record will be removed from the NSP Mapping table, as advised by the proposed network owner, until we have confirmation of the new start date.
